About us

Feros Group has a proud hospitality legacy founded by Nicholas Feros in the early 1970’s. Since Nick’s first foray into the hospitality industry with the purchase of a pub in Newtown, the group has grown and developed into the entity it is today, operating seven successful destinations. The Feros Group is now managed by Nick’s son, Chris Feros. Despite the growth in size from one pub in Newtown to seven successful destinations, the business continues to hold the values of family and community at the fore. The Feros Group believes that by extending their hospitality values to their communities, they strengthen both their own culture and business, and the communities in which they operate. The company boosts a very experienced leadership team and under this team the business continues to grow, innovate and evolve.

An accommodation precinct, which is an extension of the Bingara Gorge Country Club has received development approval from Wollondilly Shire Council. Designed by H&E Architects, it paves the way for a boutique hotel that will become a new tourism destination for South West Sydney. Hotelier Feros Group purchased a 2,500m² site (approx.) directly adjoining the Country Club in Wilton’s Bingara Gorge and will develop and operate both the hotel and pub. The approved plans feature 49 rooms with a mix of sizes to suit families, couples and corporate visitors. A private gymnasium, pool, health and beauty services, and retail space are also part of the project. Nestled on a 7,280m² parcel of land and overlooking the golf course, Bingara Gorge Country Club will accommodate between 800 – 1000 people, comprising a family bistro and bar, large outdoor kids play area, beer garden, sports bar and multiple function spaces. Today our licensees and head office team had the privilege of hearing from former NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller, who shared his journey through the police force and his experience leading large teams. His insights into management and leadership left the room inspired, with valuable takeaways that will no doubt be put into practice and passed down through our teams. A big thanks to Mick for taking the time to share his wisdom!

From generous prizes like Westfield vouchers, to an amazing all expenses trip to Byron Bay for our Employee of the Year, it was a night full of gratitude and celebration. A massive congratulations to all our winners & a special mention to the following: Venue of the Year – Highfield Head Chef of the Year – Jason Pratt Licensee of the Year – Jacob Crane Employee of the Year – Sam Cruickshank Special Mention – Brock Nelson   We’re proud of how far we’ve come—and even more excited for what the next 12 months will bring. Let’s keep growing, together.

We recently celebrated the Youth Partnership Awards and our ongoing involvement in their incredible program — giving students hands-on experience in real workplaces and preparing them for the workforce. Since 2017, Feros Group has hosted 934 students across five venues, with many going on to become apprentices and build careers with us. We’re proud to have given nearly 1,000 students a real taste of life behind the pass and the chance to learn from our talented chefs. Big thanks to The Youth Partnership for the amazing work they do. #PartnersInExcellence

  • The Feros Group is proud to support One Meal — a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to feeding, clothing, and supporting the homeless, vulnerable, and at-risk members of our local communities. While we often share the fun and vibrant side of the Feros Group, there's so many different things we do on a weekly basis to give back to our community.  Each week, our Highfield and Prince kitchen teams donate a delicious meal, helping to make a small but meaningful difference. Last Thursday night, our Highfield kitchen team stepped out from behind the pass to experience One Meal firsthand — joining the team to serve meals to the local community. A huge thank you to the incredible One Meal team for the amazing work you do! We’re proud to stand beside you.

We’re beyond excited to welcome Chef Jamie Gannon to the Feros Group as our new Culinary Director. With a career spanning over two decades, Jamie brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and passion to the role. He’s led some of the country’s most prestigious kitchens, overseeing large-scale operations and crafting menus that hero seasonal, locally sourced produce. Jamie will first be based at our newest venue, Parc Pavilion, as it opens at the end of this month, before stepping into his group-wide role assisting our Executive Chef Paul Pirreca in overseeing all Feros venues. From fine dining to modern pub fare, Jamie’s philosophy centres on bold flavours, quality ingredients, and creating memorable dining experiences. He’s already been working closely with our chefs, and we're all so excited for what's to come. Welcome to the team, Jamie!
