Congratulations to William Tilmouth, Chair of Children's Ground, on being announced as a finalist for the prestigious Australian Human Rights Medal. William Tilmouth became the founding chair of Children's Ground in 2011—a not-for-profit organisation led and run by First Nations people with a 25-year plan to improve the prospects of future generations of Indigenous people. Hear him speak to ABC Radio National about Children's Ground, and its heavy focus on education, to support the next generations of Indigenous children and empower the local community to walk in two worlds.
