A fantastic testimonial for @The Push Mentorship program. Congratulations Nathan on converting opportunity to career!
In February this year, I was grateful enough to kick off a life-changing 4-month mentorship with the incredibly talented UNIFIED Music Group Artist Management division, all thanks to The Push - Youth Music Organisation’s Music Industry Mentoring program! It was through this program I was able to gain hands-on experience working alongside some of Australia’s best managers to equip me with the skills, networks and experience needed to go further in the music industry. Having not completed any formal music industry education leading up until this point, the mentorship broke down the barriers I’d been facing to finding my place in the music industry, and it was directly through this program I gained my role within Community Music. This truly did change the course of my life and I am so grateful for the opportunity. I was so glad to learn that the program would be returning in 2026, and that we at Community Music will be able to work alongside the Artist Management team to help build the next generation of industry professionals. Applications are now open for young people to participate in mentorships just like mine across organisations like Live Nation Entertainment, Moshtix, MusicACT and DarkLab, but get in fast as applications close on Monday 24 November. If anyone is keen to apply and wants to pick my brain, hit me up!
