DevelopmentWA has proudly delivered 10 new social homes in Champion Lakes, 3 one-bedroom and 7 two-bedroom homes, as part of our Housing Accelerator Program to help boost the supply of social housing across WA. Designed by Zest Architects, built by Dale Alcock Projects, and landscaped by Indigenous Managed Services (IMS), the homes were completed in 9 months using Modern Methods of Construction to reduce delivery time and enhance quality. A major milestone has been reached in the development of Alkimos city centre, with global retail giant Costco confirmed as the anchor tenant for the new Home x Trade Hub. The announcement, made by the State Government last week, marks a huge step forward in transforming Alkimos into a thriving northern corridor destination. Costco’s presence is expected to attract further investment and create hundreds of local jobs - reflecting years of strategic work behind the scenes. In line with this, Expressions of Interest are now open for the sale of the remaining three premium commercial sites in the Home x Trade Hub.
