Seven lots across are available in established metropolitan areas including North Coogee, Kiara, and Joondalup, as well as Usher – a growing community in WA’s Southwest – unlocking land in high-demand areas to help address housing supply and affordability. Once delivered, these developments will have the potential to deliver 2,400 new residential dwellings.
