    Congratulations to Arv Dez, the 2024 recipient of the Aliro Group Prize for Property at Western Sydney University! This prize is awarded to an outstanding third-year Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property) student who demonstrates significant leadership. Arvand has an incredible story. Originally from Iran, he moved to Germany on his own during high school and later discovered a passion for finance and real estate. Now studying in Australia, he works within the 48-hour fortnightly limit for international students to fund his education while striving to maintain academic excellence. His determination is truly inspiring. We’re pleased that our CEO Daniel J Wise could attend the ceremony and personally present the award to Arvand.   • Aliro Group was proud to be a Supporting Partner of the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) 2025 Pedal for Homeless Youth Challenge in Queensland. Our #Brisbane team put their endurance to the test in a high-energy stationary bike sprint, going head-to-head with Development Directive for a great cause. Most importantly, the event raised over $46,000 (a 50% increase from last year’s donations) to help provide safe and secure spaces where young people can rebuild their lives.
