I have been able to get it to work on a small scale, but i can't find a way to do it for each item.

Here are the steps I need to complete: 1) Get data from google scripts 2) Convert the integers into strings 3) convert the country names (the keys) into their 2 digit codes.
As you can see I have been able to achieve 1 and 2.
