Setting Closed Survey or Poll Page Content
On SurveyCrest, you can customize the closed survey or poll page message by navigating to the 'launch' tab, selecting 'personalize', and then clicking on 'customize'. Enter your desired message in the 'survey closed text' box and save the changes. This allows you to communicate a specific message to users attempting to access the survey after it has expired.

- 2. On SurveyCrest, you can change the message which appears when someone tries to access your survey/poll after it has expired. To change the message, go to ‘Launch’ tab and click on ‘Personalize’.
