Recognition Program Who are we The Willow Marketing Group Is a Canadian company that specializes in providing Outsourced Recognition Programs and Internal Corporate Communications . We operate from the premise that an employee recognition program should be viewed as a communication tool that Reinforces and Rewards the most important outcomes your people create for your company.
Recognition Program Here’s what we believe to be the most important program design issues if you want the recognition you offer to be viewed as Motivating and Rewarding by your employees and important for the success of your organization. We need to establish criteria for what performance or contribution constitutes reward able behavior or actions. All employees must be Eligible for the recognition, without limits .  The recognition must supply the employer and employee with Specific Information about what behaviors or actions are being rewarded and recognized . Anyone who then performs at the level or standard is eligible to receive an award.  The recognition should occur as close to the performance of the actions as possible, so the recognition reinforces behaviors the employer wants to encourage .
Recognition Program Rewards and recognition that help both the employer and the employee get what they need from the work environment is a win-win situation. A well-defined and executed recognition program will "wow" your staff and "wow" you with its positive outcomes. “ Making A Difference” Our current experience - Employee Recognition
Recognition Program A quote from the Canadian President of one of our major clients: “ We have been consistently above plan this year and able to build on this success as we move forward. I firmly believe that recognition is a large part of that, because it is employee engagement that drives extra results. I’m really seeing some extraordinary things happening. This is not just a flavor of the month thing. We’ve raised the bar and created a legacy of winning that will continue for years to come.”
Recognition Program Our Recognition program was developed with three guiding principles: Keep it simple Make it easy to use Make it fun
