Be aware of your Productivity
Activity: For 1 day, timetrack your work. Each time you distract
or start doing anything rather than what you started focusing on,
put a line or a point on your hand.
Make your own conclusions at the end about how you’re doing
with the things you start working on.
You need to be aware how you are at the moment with
productivity, so in a few weeks you can do this activity again,
and compare to see if your effort has helped you in any way.
This activity is not made to judge you or criticize you. So do it in
a kind way with yourself.
