Gia virtual care services in the Gia by MVP mobile app are
$0 for MVP Medicare Advantage members.
For serious and life-threatening emergencies, please dial 911.
MVP virtual care services through Gia are available at no cost-share for most members. In-person visits
and referrals are subject to cost-share per plan. Members without an MVP Medical plan do not have
access to Gia.
Some services, including everyday health care and behavioral health medication management, are only
available to members ages 18 or older.

Next Steps: Medicare Advantage members with HMO-POS plans can choose a PCP online in Gia.
Sign in at my.mvphealthcare.com and select My Plan, and then Select Primary Care Provider. If you
need help choosing a PCP or adding a PCP to your MVP Profile, call the MVP Medicare Customer
Care Center at 1-800-665-7924. This number is also on the back of your MVP Member ID card.
Your Primary Care Provider (PCP) plays an important role in
your overall health. When you add your PCP to your MVP
profile, we can better help you coordinate care.
You may see several doctors or specialists for different health care
