I am the Proud Principal of West Rowan Middle School in Rowan-Salisbury Schools, NC. I'm an award winning education leader with successful experience as a classroom teacher, administrator at middle and high school level and central office administrator. My career focus has been increasing student achievement through curriculum development and supervision, shifting perspectives, improving teacher/administrator behaviors and practice.
