Last week, ULI Triangle partnered with Triangle Community Coalition to deliver an UrbanPlan for Public Officials workshop—an immersive experience designed to help local decision makers understand the complexities of land use and development. 🏢 Participants from the Town of Garner, NC, Town of Clayton, and Town of Fuquay-Varina stepped into the role of developers, guided by Adam Walters PLA, ASLA, ISA with the NC State Pappas Program, and tackled a hypothetical RFP to redevelop a disinvested neighborhood.
