💡 NVIDIA CUDA-Q is driving research in #quantumcomputing. At #SC25, Quobly and QPerfect announced a major upgrade to their quantum emulator, QLEO. They integrated #CUDA-Q in QLEO, allowing them to GPU-accelerate their circuit simulations. This enables developers, researchers, and industry partners to simulate quantum algorithms at unprecedented speed and scale. Read their announcement below. 👇
📢 Big news from SC25! We are pleased to announce a major evolution of QLEO, our quantum emulator developed with QPerfect: ➡️ QLEO is now GPU-accelerated and fully compatible with NVIDIA CUDA-Q. Powered by QPerfect’s MIMIQ engine and leveraging GPU-accelerated computing, the new QLEO delivers: ✅ Significant performance gains for quantum circuit simulation ✅ 100× speedups compared to CPU-only execution ✅Native CUDA-Q support - design circuits in CUDA-Q, run them on QLEO with no code changes ✅ Seamless integration into C++ and Python workflows QLEO is already available on the OVHcloud Quantum Platform, and can also be installed locally via a simple pip install. At Quobly, we build quantum processors using #CMOS microelectronics. QLEO is an essential part of our development workflow: it enables us, and the broader community, to design, test, and evaluate quantum algorithms ahead of hardware availability, and it strengthens the software foundations supporting the industrial roadmap of our future CMOS-based quantum processor. A warm thank you to QPerfect for the collaboration, and to NVIDIA for enabling CUDA-Q compatibility and unlocking new levels of performance for quantum simulation. 💡 What makes extreme hardware–software co-design so "extreme"? Instead of designing chips in isolation, every layer of the computing stack—from silicon to software to #datacenter infrastructure—is engineered together as a single, optimized system. By building every layer as one system, we enable complex but powerful MoE models like DeepSeek-R1 to scale with up to 10× more performance and efficiency. 🔗 See how we are making this breakthrough performance available to cloud customers: https://nvda.ws/49we7Yj
