From NYC ➡️ Delhi Spent three days capturing content for leaders, panelists, and creators at Charcha and somehow the only clips of me I walked away with are… of my shoes 😃 Still buzzing from the LinkedIn Lawn at #Charcha2025, where thousands of people came through to record videos, explore LinkedIn’s workforce insights, and jump into conversations to moved ideas forward. An honor to work with Zack Silver, Leo Pedraza, Upasana Sharma, Bhavna Mathur, Tuan Pham, Sandhya Dovedy, Adam Young, Cian Purcell-Milton to make it all happen. More of the videos we captured are coming to the platform soon! 👀

I'm a big supporter of networking and meaningful conversations. They help you grow not just professionally, but personally too. You see the best way to pitch yourself, learn from others and know how to navigate your career happens through networking. Initially it seems like a lot of pressure, but trust me it gets easier with time. I remember my Vice President at the previous org I worked at told me, "If you're spending Rs. 500 on a cab to the event, make sure you talk to atleast 5 people to get your worth from the event." And that's how I started driving these conversations at events. I would equate it to the amount I'm investing and ensuring I atleast talk to the minimum number of people before I grab lunch and exit. I know it sounds silly initially, but trust me it REALLY helps (especially if you're a little under-confident). I am no networking expert, but after attending hundereds of events I can promise you a lot of us feel overwhelmed. So next time, just go say hi to 5 people and do the awkward small talk. Who knows where you might end up from there? That's what these three days were about! I spent my time at the LinkedIn Lawns at Charcha in New Delhi. Not just the conversations I had, but I got to meet the phenomenal social impact team at LinkedIn. They ensure I had the BEST time ever, so a BIG THANK YOU to them for pulling this off. Tuan Pham Sandhya Dovedy Mimi Najmabadi Leo Pedraza Zack Silver Upasana Sharma Bhavna Mathur I also had the biggest opportunity (more about that later) to interview Jessica Jensen the Chief Marketing and Strategy officer at LinkedIn! And after two years of knowing Aditi Jha, I finally met her in person along with Ruchee Anand and Kumaresh Pattabiraman. So, next time you think a networking event will be a miss? Trust me, just go for it. Talk to 10 people and come back. This is the best way to grow! LinkedIn for Nonprofits LinkedIn Social Impact #socialimpact #networking #genderequality

India, thank you 🇮🇳 . Leaving #Charcha energised by what’s possible when government, business, and civil society unite: unlocking inclusive growth and opportunity. Over three days, our team partnered with the Charcha community to turn conversations on livelihoods and skills into action: ➡️ Conversations that Matter. Dialogues with leaders across sectors on how AI + skills can open doors for SMBs, youth, and underserved talent. ➡️ On‑ground experiences that connect. Activations that helped attendees act now, from learning paths to networking prompts that sparked new collaborations on the spot. ➡️ Panels that moved the agenda forward. Exploring growth beyond metros, boosting entrepreneurship with new tools, and ideas to support tier 2 and tier 3 cities thrive. ➡️ Community, not just content. Partners, creators, policymakers, and practitioners swapping ideas, sharing data, and committing to concrete next steps together. At LinkedIn, we believe opportunity is built through skills and connections, and Charcha showed that in action. Grateful to the leaders who invested their time and energy to be in the room and lend their voice, including Jessica, Kumaresh, Ruchee, Aditi, and many others. Your perspectives turned ideas into action. It also showed what it means to walk the talk: putting our vision of economic opportunity for EVERY member at the heart of how LinkedIn builds and grows. And a huge shout‑out to the team who made it happen: Bhavna (who laid the groundwork for all of this), Leo, Zack, Mimi, Adam, Sandhya, Upasana and the many teammates who made every activation sing. Meg, Heather, Vanessa, Nikhita, Megan, Sakshi, Homith, Aanya, atul, Jerold, the*spark, The/Nudge Institute. Onward: We’ll share takeaways, short video conversations, and practical resources in the coming weeks so more people can benefit from the ideas sparked here.

These days, AI is low-key every third word that comes out of my mouth—especially working in Silicon Valley, lol. But here’s what’s wild: AI literacy has doubled in just one year. That’s not just a stat—it’s a signal. A signal that the future of work is already here, and we’ve got to make sure everyone gets a seat at the table. Because let’s be real: not everyone starts from the same place. And if we’re not intentional, the AI revolution could deepen the divides we’re already fighting to close. That’s why I’m back with the mic for another episode of #ConversationsThatMatter 🎤 In this clip, we’re talking about how leaders can help their organizations build AI literacy—not just by investing in tools, but by investing in people. That means creating space for learning, offering grace for the beginners, and making sure the folks closest to the work aren’t left out of the conversation. Because when knowledge becomes a commodity, wisdom becomes our differentiator. Let’s build a future where access isn’t a privilege—it’s a promise. Big shoutout to Cammie Erickson, Adam Young, Cian Purcell-Milton, Mimi Najmabadi, Leo Pedraza, Suzi Owens, Logan White, Gareth Butters- for helping this content come together!

Come with me to Taproot Foundation #IGNITE2025, an incredible gathering of changemakers, corporate social impact teams, and nonprofit leaders coming together to reimagine the future of pro bono service. I was so grateful for the opportunity to speak about Project Impact (a collaboration between LinkedIn Social Impact and our R&D teams) and highlight our new Career Outcome Tracker - a new dashboard that brings together LinkedIn’s unique first-party data with nonprofit data so these groups can get real-time insights about how their training programs are shaping participants’ career paths. Huge thanks to Cat Ward for bringing us all together, to Katelynn Whitaker for all your support - and always great to see you Naria Santa Lucia and Alethea Hannemann!
