3CX recently announced they’ll be ending their “unlimited extensions” model, introducing new limits based on license tiers. For many resellers and MSPs, this change will impact how projects are scoped, priced, and supported- especially in high extension count environments. Our model hasn’t changed and that consistency is intentional. With FreePBX, partners get: - Transparent, predictable solutions (no hidden limits or “fair-use” rules) - Flexible deployment: cloud, datacenter, or on-prem - Future proofing: Built on Open Source and standards based technology - Commercial support and professional services options through PBXact For resellers and MSPs, that means stable margins, adaptable revenue, and confidence that your platform will evolve with you, not against you. In a market full of shifting models and broken promises, predictability and openness are real MVPs. Question: How important are flexibility and a standards based design in your UC partnerships today? https://www.freepbx.org/ #3cx #OpenSource #FreePBX #Asterisk #MSP #Reseller #VAR #PBX #Voip

New Update for the FreePBX Dial Plan Visualizer! If you aren’t familiar, the Dial Plan Visualizer is an Open Source FreePBX module authored by Adam Volchko It takes the guesswork out of dial plans by turning raw Asterisk logic into clear, visual call flow diagrams. Instead of parsing through text or searching back through countless module screens, dpviz helps you: - Visualize call paths in an easy to follow diagram - Troubleshoot faster by seeing where a call routes at each step - Explain configurations to others without digging into CLI output - Optimize dial plans by spotting complexity and dead ends at a glance This is a great example of the FreePBX community continuing to innovate and share. Tools like this make life easier for admins, integrators, and developers and showcase the power of Open Source in action. If you use FreePBX, check it out, drop a ⭐️ on GitHub, and consider contributing feedback or ideas. https://lnkd.in/eziC2Tn8
