We had a blast at Digital Bridge 2025, Central Asia’s premier tech event held in Astana, Kazakhstan’s capital city.

Kazakhstan is fast becoming a hub for global innovation, and inDrive is here for it. We recently began our evolution into a SuperApp in the country, driven by 1,000+ employees and catalysed by the launch of our newest vertical, inDrive.Groceries. So we went all in at Digital Bridge, with our CEO taking part in several events, and an interactive exhibition stand that reflected our nomad roots!

Let’s keep talking If you’d like to learn more about our expansion plans, explore partnerships, or talk impact — we’re always ready to listen.

Hello I understand that my inDrive team thoroughly reviewed my account, and I respectfully accepted the final decision. I simply wanted to share my sincere hope for a new opportunity, as I learned a great deal from my previous experience and I hope to be given another chance. ilyas.mesdour@gmail.com +212646131014

I tried several times to contact Mr. Ali Selim and requested a formal meeting to discuss what happened. I also sent him private messages through Slack, but received no response. In addition, I asked for the email addresses of Mr. Assem and Mr. Arslan to file an official complaint with higher management, but Mr. Abanoub refused to provide them and deliberately ignored my requests. Even some colleagues avoided helping or sharing these contacts. All the manipulation and unfair treatment I faced was directly caused and managed by Mr. Abanoub, whose actions resulted in significant professional and emotional harm to me, and therefore require serious investigation.

To: InDriver Management / HR Department Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Dismissal Dear Sir/Madam, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment over the unfair treatment that led to my sudden dismissal — without valid reason, warning, or proper procedure. I was a committed employee in Customer Support, known for professionalism, dedication, and respect toward both colleagues and clients. Yet I was abruptly informed that I’m no longer part of the team, with no clear explanation — only false promises that my CV would be sent elsewhere. No one accepts injustice, for themselves or others. Cutting off a person’s livelihood, especially with family responsibilities, is not minor. I gave my best to this job and expected fairness in return. I kindly request a fair review of this decision and steps to prevent such unfairness in the future. Sincerely, Alaa Ramadan Customer Support (Former) Contact: 01557666627 Date: 21/10/2025
