Like I said, Task Rabbit is a honest legitimate great business , and a even better customer service business with quality control, its just most customers do not like the hourly pricing format.  

Task rabbit is good, and they treated me well.  But, the business needs help, because of hourly pricing and the potential to accumulate hours quickly, this format is not liked by customers.   The customer feels like jobs should take shorter time and the tanker works at a good pace , but takes longer time.  So, the customer  has discrepancies with hours, feeling like the job took longer than average, since pricing is done by hours, customer feels overcharged.  Because of this , I had almost no repeat customers, because of the hours/ pricing format, even though I was given excellent reviews.  Since, repeat customer business is almost none, invitations are affected negatively and thus sales and service is always , invitations, are ok somedays and nothing on other days.  Repeat business is what fuels a business and keeps it running financially, without repeat customers , the takers are treading water financially, because of limited invitations. So, the tasker is shorted on invitations and service calls.  I should be a business manager because, I would figure out a way with up front pricing on common tasks and wager and bidding on different tasks.  Otherwise, the repeat customer goes with another business service and leaves task rabbit , losing customers because of the hourly pricing.  Some people work faster than others, some are more meticulous.  But, as I have heard from many customers , they dont like the hourly pricing and never know how much a job will cost till they get the bill and are surprised on how the hours add up so fast, even for common jobs.   My expert advice is free, but I could grow task rabbit into the next newest fab.
