I cannot overstate just how meaningful it is when people talk about our work when we are not in the room. I guess (hope?) that there are many of these conversations that I never hear about, but occasionally someone else who was there will tell me and it gives me such a glow to know we have ambassadors and advocates behind closed doors. And sometimes, someone will say something you weren't expecting on the blooming telly! Maree Todd absolutely gets prevention, the importance of data and the primacy of communities being involved in designing solutions for some of the toughest challenges.
