I'm in Singapore. It's sunny and warm. I just attended Blackstone Private Market Forum in Singapore. And I'm very excited to be here. We talked about what we're seeing in the investment environment. We see a lot of opportunities in private wealth for us across Asia. we see a huge opportunity for us in Japan. We'd love to grow in Australia and we see tremendous upside for our business in Singapore and in Hong Kong. So all across Asia, we think there's a long road ahead and a big opportunity for us. Why we're optimistic that what's happening in AI will have real productivity impact. AI is transformational. Every part of our business will be impacted by AI. It's going to need significant investment. We haven't even scratched the surface. AI is the big thing. It���s just at the beginning, as Jensen Huang says, we're at the start of of the new Industrial Revolution. Why we think private credit is still very sound. We tell investors that in our portfolio companies we're seeing earnings growth. We're seeing default rates decline across the market. And we're seeing an M&A cycle that's generating a lot of deal flow for our investors. And we had some fun. We did a big double thumbs up photo at the end. It was a terrific discussion.
