Same same but different… Interesting (to me) to look at where perception deviates across groups. Stands to reason HR would assume compensation tops the list, as this tends to be the topic they are queried about most often. What is interesting to me is the disconnect around Learning & Development. In a time where reskilling and upskilling is being stressed as essential to offset the impact of AI/Digital Transformation it’s an interesting assessment by employees. Especially when paired with the importance placed on job security. I anticipated these two would be somewhat in lockstep. But hey, what do I know 🤷♂️ Anyway - Lead on!

Here are some key takeaways and questions I am reflecting on: 🚀 Welcome to the Age of Artificial Intelligence: we are seeing trillions being invested in AI, notably in HR tools. The pace is accelerating, and the call to action is clear: adopting AI is not a nice-to-have, but a true competitive necessity. 🛡 Psychological safety is essential: In this era of reinvention, it is more critical than ever to foster an environment where employees feel safe to speak up. 🎓 The paradox of Young Talents and AI: Some organizations are cutting entry-level positions, believing AI can do their tasks: but then, how do we support young talents build the skills needed for tomorrow’s jobs? If we don’t give newcomers a chance to learn and grow, who will guide the next generation entering the workforce? 💡 HR’s critical skills in the AI era: Soft skills have never mattered more.
