Forbes has recognized Amazon as #2 on both its Most Trusted Companies in America list and its Best Companies list—two prestigious rankings that reflect our commitment to customers, employees, and communities worldwide. 🙌 This week at our All Amazon Global Meeting, we're celebrating this recognition together. As our only company-wide event, this meeting brought together Amazon senior leadership—including Andy Jassy, Doug Herrington, Mike Hopkins, and others—with teams from across the company to learn about Amazon's innovations and hear from leaders. While we're proud of this recognition, we know there's always more to do. These rankings motivate us to continue investing in our people, innovating on behalf of our customers, and contributing positively to the communities where we operate.
Receiving recognition from both Forbes rankings is not only an affirmation of Amazon's scale and efficiency, but also a validation of its long-standing customer-centric approach and organizational culture. I believe that truly leading companies do not pursue one-off rankings, but rather continuously invest in talent, innovation, and community value, making trust a crucial cornerstone of long-term competitiveness.
Congrats on the recognition - always interesting to see how external rankings reflect the work happening inside the company. Curious what new initiatives will come out of this year’s global meeting
Loved the All teams meeting! Thank you for addressing the layoff concerns that have been in the news authenticly and talking about how we need to think about AI its brought peace of mind to myself and peers. Andy Jassy
A huge congratulations to the team on being recognized by Forbes for their commitment to customers and employees.
A remarkable recognition that reflects Amazon’s long-term focus on trust, innovation, and community impact. Excited to see how these commitments evolve. Which upcoming initiative do you believe will strengthen trust the most? Amazon
Congratulations 👏
This recognition highlights the strength of Amazon’s values—customer obsession, innovation, and long-term thinking. The All Amazon Global Meeting is a powerful reminder of how leadership and teams come together to shape the future. Congratulations, and here’s to continuing the journey with even greater purpose!
Hello Amazon India Team Ordered a 14-inch laptop on 17 Nov, promised delivery by 19 Nov. After fake “delivery attempted” updates, it finally arrived on 20 Nov and Amazon sent the wrong (bigger) model. No replacement, only return. I’m left with no usable laptop and a refund stuck in limbo. Extremely disappointed.

2dAre you sure it's still the best company??? I seriously doubt that comment.
