This course feels more like an audiobook than a practical learning experience. The pace is too fast, and it lacks real-life examples or clear explanations of why to apply ITIL in certain ways. The course provides a lot of information quickly but doesn’t go deep into the reasoning behind the methods or how to apply them effectively. Much of the content is repetitive, using the same application approach for different topics without offering enough explanation or variation. After completing this, I still don’t feel confident in applying ITIL concepts to real-world situations. It’s not well-structured for practical learning and leaves many gaps. I would rate it 1/5 and, if possible, 0. I would recommend finding a more hands-on course to fully understand ITIL.
