Data you can transfer between Sales Navigator dashboards

Last updated: 2 weeks ago

Transferring data involves moving the leads, accounts, searches, and notes between Sales Navigator account or subscription dashboards. Some information is not transferrable between dashboards.

Important to know

Inbox, saved searches, and Smart Links data is overwritten on the destination dashboard. Lead and account lists are added to existing data on the destination dashboard, not replaced. A data transfer might not be reversible. LinkedIn isn’t responsible if the data transfer can’t be reversed.

The following table lists the data that can and can’t be transferred between Sales Navigator dashboards.

Saved leads Usage reporting

Considerations

  • After a data transfer, InMail messages are moved and will appear only in your new dashboard. You can start a new InMail message thread or continue sending messages on an existing thread.
  • If you plan to keep your original license, please note that message history will no longer appear in your original license after the transfer is complete.
  • Usage data will be calculated once the transfer is complete.
  • Your new dashboard will show your usage within 24-48 hours of the transfer.
