We are gradually making AI-assisted features available, and you might not have access to all features at this time.

LinkedIn Recruiter offers a variety of powerful AI-assisted tools designed to support your hiring processes to help you meet your hiring goals.

Recruiter's AI features support key hiring tasks such as creating projects, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and sending personalized InMails. These tools are designed to reduce manual effort so you can focus on finding the right candidate for your role.

AI-Assisted Job Posts helps you create job posts faster from your project or the Jobs page. You can select an existing job draft or post to quickly generate a new job post with AI assistance. You can also reformat a job description to make it easier to read.

Search for candidates AI-Assisted Search

Start your search from your Recruiter homepage or the Talent pool page. In the chat box, describe the type of candidate you’re looking for, or paste a job description to further refine your search results. AI-Assisted Search analyzes and interprets what you enter, instantly applying the right search filters based on your input, context, and intent.

Send personalized InMails AI-Assisted Messages

When you draft a message to a candidate, AI-Assisted Messages helps you craft unique, personalized messages based on the candidate’s profile and your job requirements.

Review applicants AI-Assisted Applicant Management

Use the AI-Assisted Applicant Management tool on your Talent pool page, in Applicants or Apply Starters, to quickly find top applicants. Enter your criteria, such as job title, location, years of experience, skills, etc., in the chat box, and AI-Assisted Applicant Management will narrow down large applicant pools based on your input.

For a more advanced solution, Hiring Assistant is a more complete, AI-powered add-on that streamlines and connects every step of the hiring process. Together, these tools create a comprehensive, scalable, and AI-driven sourcing and hiring workflow, designed to amplify your team’s impact without compromising on quality or control. Hiring Assistant brings project creation, candidate sourcing, personalized outreach, prescreening, and application review into one seamless experience. It helps uncover candidates you might not otherwise find and reduces manual effort across the funnel.

Hiring Assistant is available as an add-on for LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services Plus (RPS+) customers. To use Hiring Assistant, you’ll need the Hiring Assistant Permission and your language settings must be set to English.
