Add candidates to your hiring pipeline in LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite to track and manage them throughout the hiring process.

Once you’ve created a project in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite, you can search for or import candidates, then add them to your hiring pipeline. This allows you to track and manage your candidate pipeline. Your pipeline contains the different hiring stages associated with your project.

To add a candidate to your pipeline from the Talent pool page of a project:

  1. Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

  2. Click the project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

  3. Click Talent pool on the left pane to access the Talent pool page.

  4. Add a candidate from the Recruiter search page, Applicants page, or Recommended matches page by clicking Save to pipeline on the right side of the candidate’s profile.

    The candidate will automatically be added to the first stage in your hiring process.
