View your candidates in the hiring pipeline in LinkedIn Recruiter and Recruiter Lite to track candidates throughout the hiring process.
Your project's Pipeline page in LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite contains the different hiring stages associated with your project and allows you to track and manage your candidates throughout the hiring process.
By default, the most recently added or modified candidate within your Pipeline page in your project will appear at the top of the list. You can click Sort by: and select Alphabetical at the top of the list to re-order the list of candidates.
Once you’ve created a project in Recruiter or Recruiter Lite, you can search for or import candidates, then add them to your pipeline. This allows you to track and manage candidates in your hiring pipeline. Your pipeline contains the different hiring stages associated with your project.
To view your pipeline:

Click Projects at the top of your Recruiter or Recruiter Lite homepage.

Click the project title. You can use the search bar and filters on the left to locate your project.

Click Pipeline on the left pane.

You can click the pipeline categories on the left side of the page to filter your candidate list.
Note: You can’t save a search to a project from the Recruiter mobile app.

Sign in to the Recruiter mobile app.

Tap the project name on the homepage or tap the
Search icon to search for a project. -
Tap the
filter icon to filter the candidates in your pipeline.
