Connect Radancy to LinkedIn Recruiter so you can sync data from your CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline your hiring process.
Before you begin
Review the following requirements so you can activate CRM Connect in Radancy. Reach out to your internal IT team for help if needed.
- Make sure you’re an admin in LinkedIn Recruiter and Radancy. You must have a Hiring Project Creator license with admin permission in Recruiter. See Available license and permission types in Recruiter for more information about permissions.
- Remember your Recruiter dashboard name and contract ID. To find your dashboard name and ID, move your cursor over the profile photo on your Recruiter homepage.
- Use a supported internet browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.
- Use an incognito or private browser window.
- Disable any settings that block third-party cookies or cross-site tracking. Reach out to your internal IT team if you need help disabling cookies/tracking.
- If you have more than one contract, you need to repeat the steps for each contract.
Important to know
Step 1: Activate CRM Connect in Radancy
Any CRM user with an active LinkedIn Recruiter licenses will be able to link the accounts.
Before you start, make sure you are logged into LinkedIn Recruiter and Radancy CRM in the same browser, and not in an incognito or private window.
- Within Radancy CRM navigate to the Admin Console and click on Add-Ons by Organization in the menu on the left.
- Expand the LinkedIn CRM Connect box and click the blue LinkedIn Configuration button. If prompted, sign-in to LinkedIn.
- You should see your LinkedIn contract(s) listed. Click Continue on the contract associated with your CRM instance.
- Next you should see an integrations screen. Select Choose Integrations, check the box on for CRM Connect, and then click Save Changes at the bottom.
Step 2: Enable CRM Connect in Radancy

On the Add-Ons by Organization page, expand the LinkedIn CRM Connect box.

You should now see the integration information under LinkedIn Configuration. Click the Enable CRM Connect button to ON. Allow a few minutes for the contract to sync.
