Connect Paradox CRM to Recruiter

Connect Paradox to LinkedIn Recruiter so you can sync data from your CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline your hiring process.

Before you begin

Review the following requirements so you can activate CRM Connect in Paradox. Reach out to your internal IT team for help if needed.

  • Make sure you’re an admin in LinkedIn Recruiter and Paradox. You must have a Hiring Project Creator license with admin permission in Recruiter. See Available license and permission types in Recruiter for more information about permissions.
  • Remember your Recruiter dashboard name and contract ID. To find your dashboard name and ID, move your cursor over the profile photo on your Recruiter homepage.
  • Use a supported internet browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Chrome.
  • Use an incognito or private browser window.
  • Disable any settings that block third-party cookies or cross-site tracking. Reach out to your internal IT team if you need help disabling cookies/tracking.
  • If you have more than one contract, you need to repeat the steps for each contract.

Important to know

You need to disable third-party (www.linkedin.com) cookie blocking or content blocking for any widgets to render in your browser, regardless of the browser you use.

Step 1: Connect LinkedIn in Paradox

  1. Sign in to Paradox.
  2. Click on All Applications in the top left corner. Then under Advanced, click on the Integrations Icon.
  3. Click on Connected Apps in the list on the left side of the screen.
  4. Click on the Connect LinkedIn button.

Here's a tip

If the LinkedIn tile or Connected Apps is not visible within the Integration Center, reach out to a Paradox employee to enable the proper setting in Client Setup.

Step 2: Enable CRM Connect in Paradox

Once you have configured the integration using the steps outlined above, you can enable CRM Connect in Paradox. Make sure you are signed in to your LinkedIn Recruiter account.

  1. In the LinkedIn Integrations widget, ensure that you have selected the appropriate LinkedIn Recruiter contract.

  2. The LinkedIn Integrations widget will show a list of available integrations. Click the Choose integrations button to enable the selection of available integrations.

  3. Select the checkbox next to CRM Connect, and then click Save changes.

    You will receive a message indicating that activation is pending. You can leave this screen for now and return later to confirm that activation has been completed. Activation is usually completed within 5 minutes.

    Once activation has been completed, you will see a message indicating that CRM Connect has been activated for the current contract. The setup of the LinkedIn CRM Connect integration will then be complete.
