Edit ATS stage mapping in Recruiter

As an admin on your LinkedIn Recruiter contract, you can view and edit ATS stage mapping to standardize stage names and streamline reporting. Stage mapping allows you to map candidates to a specific stage in the process to allow for more granular tracking of interview stages. For example, if this is a first screening interview for a hiring manager job, you can update “Hiring Manager Interview” from “Interview” to “Screen.” The mapping and updates apply to any contracts associated with your company.

Updates are reflected in real time in Recruiter System Connect (RSC) standardized data and the Funnel report.

To edit ATS stage mapping:

  1. Move your cursor over your profile on your Recruiter homepage and select Product settings from the dropdown.

  2. Click ATS integration on the left rail.

  3. Under the ATS integration, click the Stage mapping tab.

  4. Next to the stage you want to edit, click the  Edit icon.

  5. Next to each stage, click the dropdown and select the new stage mapping.

  6. Click Save stage mapping.

The new stage mapping will be visible to recruiters on your contract.
