Jobs Ads - Overview

Jobs ads are a dynamic ad format that allows you to personalize ads to top talent, encouraging relevant candidates to apply with your company. You can promote one or more job opportunities to qualified LinkedIn members and increase traffic to active job openings based on members’ skills and experience.

Note: Each member sees their personalized information; member profile information is not displayed to other members. Members can also opt out of allowing their profile information to be used to personalize ads. Learn more about Dynamic ads advertising preferences.
There are three dynamic jobs ad formats. The profile data of each member of the target audience determines which format they will be served.
  • If a member in the target audience is qualified for three or more job openings at your organization, they’ll see your jobs ad with three of the available jobs (shown in jobs of interest format).

  • If the member matches with one or two current job openings at your organization, they’ll see the jobs ad with one job suggestion (shown in picture yourself format).

  • If the member has no suitable job matches with the company, they’ll see the jobs ad directing them to your company job page to explore (shown in jobs page format).
