Update billing information for your Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus accounts

You can update your credit card and billing information directly from your Sales Navigator account. When you have more than one payment method stored in your account, you can select the method you'd like to use to purchase a product.

Setting or designating a new payment when adding a card does not replace any cards currently associated with a paid service. You need to switch the payment method to the new card for any active purchases if you intend it to replace the current payment method.

Important to know

• If you purchased your Sales Navigator Advanced or Advanced Plus account through a LinkedIn sales representative, you must activate your LinkedIn Admin Center account before you can access billing-related features. Learn more.

• If you have a Sales Navigator Advanced or Advanced Plus account, you must be an admin to cancel or update your billing information.

If you have purchased your subscription through a LinkedIn sales representative, you can add, edit, delete, or change payment information from the Payment methods section of LinkedIn Admin Center. Learn more.
