As a purchaser admin for a Sales Navigator Advanced account that was purchased online, you can view and print receipts from LinkedIn Admin Center.

Quickly view and print receipts for Sales Navigator

If you purchased your Sales Navigator account online, you can view your purchase history and print receipts from within LinkedIn Admin Center.

Important to know

LinkedIn does not email purchase receipts to users, and we currently don’t provide invoices for online accounts.

To view and print receipts for your Sales Navigator Advanced online account:

  1. Sign in to Sales Navigator.

  2. Click Admin in the top menu.

  3. Click Admin Center in the top menu. The LinkedIn Admin Center homepage opens.

  4. Click Transactions in the left menu. You will see a list of the receipts tied to the subscriptions you purchased.

  5. For a receipt that you would like to download, click the  More icon and select Download receipt. After the receipt is downloaded in PDF format, you can access it from your browser’s download folder.

  6. Click the PDF to open the receipt in a new tab for printing.
