What keeps a company thriving for more than 100 years? More than 99% of companies never reach 100 years in business. The ones that do share a common trait: innovation. And we’re here to help with that. With Microsoft AI, organizations are transforming operations, unlocking creativity, and accelerating growth while keeping people at the center. That’s how they stay relevant and lead. From Kraft Heinz digitizing decades of expertise with The Cookbook, to Land O'Lakes, Inc. empowering agronomists with Oz, to Wells Fargo scaling productivity with Copilot, and Levi Strauss & Co. accelerating retail innovation, these centennial leaders are redefining what’s possible. • Charlie Scharf and Wells Fargo leaders gathered last week in Charlotte to present the Julie Scammahorn Leadership Award, a tribute to a remarkable leader whose legacy continues to inspire us. Julie’s dedication to service – both in the military and at Wells Fargo – lives on through this award and through the incredible work of our veteran colleagues. Congratulations to Andrew Barnes, this year’s award winner, whose leadership and advocacy for veterans reflect Julie’s values of courage, compassion, and commitment. We also celebrated Julie’s memory through a surprise vehicle donation to a local veteran, continuing to honor the support and dedication of our veteran community.
