Each summer, our internship program gives future innovators the chance to work on real projects, gain industry experience, and learn from skilled mentors. Thank you to the Aerospace Futures Alliance - AFA for inviting us to participate in the 20th Annual Aerospace Summit in Seattle, WA. This summit brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and educators to discuss key issues shaping the future of aerospace in Washington State — including workforce development, innovation, and strengthening the aerospace supply chain. We were proud to have one of our own, Jeff Hawkey, VP and General Manager, speak on a panel alongside Washington State legislators and fellow aerospace industry leaders. Jeff shared valuable insights on current workforce challenges and highlighted the critical role of education and outreach in inspiring the next generation of aerospace talent. By engaging middle and high school students today, we help build the innovators of tomorrow.
