In that tiny everyday crisis, one thing becomes crystal clear: Real experience is fragile. And that’s exactly why 𝗣𝗫𝗠 – 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. For me, PXM means: ⭐ The right 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 ⭐ The right 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 ⭐ The right 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 for every environment Take just 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿 – but tell 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: 🏥 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 – hygiene, compliance, safety 🏟️ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 – robustness, capacity, speed 🏫 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 – child-friendly, safe, easy to refill 🍽️ 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 – design, atmosphere, guest experience Same hardware. Same core truth. But 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 – depending on who’s using it and what they need in that moment. That’s PXM: Not a buzzword, but the bridge between 👉 great products, 👉 great data, and 👉 the right story for the right audience at the right moment.     This week Dortmund, last week Munich - Thank you Syndigo! Last week after the great kick-off at DR.SCHNELL we started the Grand Finale of the Syndigo Connect Tour 2025. Two days at the Allianz Arena München Stadion GmbH the home of FC Bayern München. It was great to see the FC Bayern Munich Woman Team play and win, but also the deep insights in the world of Syndigo and the customers that are allready successfull were just amazing and diverse. I really loved to connect over a great game, good food and a unqiue location with people like Luke Hannemann, Christoph Schulz and many more 🥳 My personal highlight: The Maxeda DIY Group presentation. I mean I heard a lot about it from Sebastian, but I think it was unique how the company is using AI, have allready great success and doesn't forget to have trust in their team. It was a great kick-off of all the other presentations. Thank you to the Syndigo Team Franziska Kliemann, Manuel Dirnhofer, Ben Rund 🦾, Dr.-Ing. Martin Gliesche and all the people behind for this great experience, deep-dives and a great event with a strong focus on the PXM journey. Looking forward to continue next year 🚀
