Such an inspiring day at SDSU Payne School of Hospitality & Tourism's Meeting & Event Employer Exchange! Soundings® had the opportunity to connect with SDSU Payne School of Hospitality & Tourism's Hospitality & Management students and share insight into the evolving Meetings & Events industry. A special thank you to Nikki Gonzales, who represented Soundings on the employer panel alongside Rebecca Romero, Mandy Brown, and Tré Wilke IV. The conversation offered students a real-world look into career pathways, industry expectations, and how to build a meaningful future in hospitality and management. Nikki also led thoughtful one-on-one sessions with students, offering guidance, encouragement, and actionable advice as they prepare for their careers.
