Our Global Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey 2025 shows what’s on the minds of workers across continents and sectors: 🔸 54% of workers globally (42% in CEE) have used GenAI at least once in the past year and are seeing clear productivity and quality benefits. 🔸However, 57% of employees in CEE, and 45% globally, have never used GenAI. There’s a long way to go before it’s part of everyday work for many workers. 🔸Both globally and in CEE workers are juggling financial strain, fatigue, and uncertainty about the future. This makes trust and psychological safety more important than ever for employers. 🔸 CEE workers (53%) are slightly less optimistic about the future of their role in their organisation than global averages (49%). Leaders can address these uncertainties to create shared goals and alignment. Explore what’s driving employees' motivation in the full report: https://lnkd.in/eMyuVDjk #HopesAndFears

By the end of 2025, 30% of all GenAI projects will be dropped after the proof-of-concept stage. The challenge is often what lies beneath the technology—it’s the data foundation. At our Cloud & Digital Hub in PwC Polska, we’re addressing the critical questions of how companies can move to the production phase and transform their AI goals into tangible business outcomes. 🟧 Ernest Orlowski explains how to start the implementation of a GenAI project and make sure it delivers the business value. 🟧 Michael Norejko introduces a model that connects key business use cases, processes, and essential data components to help GenAI boost business value. 🟧 Natalia Roślik highlights that scaling GenAI beyond the proof of concept demands quality data, robust governance, and collaboration across functions. Over 90% of electric vehicles (EV) owners worldwide love their cars. But they still make up only about 8% of today’s car market. Growing beyond that narrow base will require lower prices and improved battery performance. For automakers, this means doubling down on affordability, innovating for faster charging and longer ranges, and finding new ways to build customer loyalty. These are key findings in our eReadiness 2025 report, which focuses on consumer opinions about EVs and territory-by-territory progress on infrastructure and government incentives for electrification.
