This National Family Caregivers Month, we’re shining a light on the heroes who navigate the caregiving journey every day, including our employees. Meet Scott Costello, who shares his experience supporting his wife through breast cancer. With the help of P&G’s flexible policies, caregiver resources, and employee support groups, Scott found balance at home and at work. Today, he co-leads our Cancer Support Employee Network, helping others facing similar journeys. Our support for caregivers extends beyond our walls. We’re proud to partner with Care Out Loud, a national campaign launched by the One Family Foundation, which was established by actor Bradley Cooper in honor of his late father.
