Last week, Dominium proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of Suncrest Vista and Estrella Springs in Goodyear, Arizona. Together, these two communities introduce 657 high-quality affordable homes for families and seniors in the Goodyear community. Suncrest Vista delivers 261 thoughtfully designed apartment homes for seniors, while Estrella Springs adds 396 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes for individuals and families. Across both communities, residents will enjoy an array of amenities, including an on-site laundry facility, swimming pool, bicycle storage, bus shelter, an expansive dog run, fitness center, and more. We extend our appreciation to Director of the Arizona Department of Housing Ruby Dhillon-Williams, Arizona State Senator Analise Ortiz, Mayor of Goodyear Joe Pizzillo and Human Services Director for Maricopa County Tamara Birdwell for joining us and sharing their remarks, along with Dominium Senior Vice President and Mountain West Development Leader Owen Metz. Thank you to Deutsche Bank, Old National Bank, Freddie Mac, JLL, Colliers, U.S. Bank, Arizona Industrial Development Authority - Arizona IDA, City of Goodyear, Arizona Department of Housing, Weis Builders, Todd & Associates, Inc., and Maricopa County for your partnership. We are grateful to everyone who celebrated this milestone with us and to our financial, development and community partners for their essential support in bringing this project to life. Dominium is proud to expand access to much-needed affordable housing in the Phoenix metro area and looks forward to continuing to deliver high-quality communities across Arizona.

Through a Community Land Trust Partnership and an investment from Maricopa County, Newton CLT, and Clayton Holmes, we were able to build an affordable housing development in the rural town of Gila Bend. This is just one more way Maricopa County is getting creative to make housing more attainable for families. 🏡

Clean drinking water is essential, not a luxury. When aging asbestos waterlines in the Town of Gila Bend became a health concern, the town turned to Maricopa County for help. Through a Community Development Block Grant, $500,000 was awarded to replace the lines and ensure residents have safe reliable water for years to come.
