🎉 Liberty has exciting projects on the horizon 🎉 This December, we will be kicking off the construction of Terminal D (Airside D) at the Tampa International Airport (TPA) Designed to enhance the passenger experience and support future growth, Airside D will include: - 16 gates for domestic and international travel - International arrivals processing facilities - A new shuttle system and guideway - Two levels plus a mezzanine with airline lounges - Expanded shopping and dining options We’re proud to partner with HENSEL PHELPS, HNTB, and Gensler on this impactful expansion. The Liberty team will be executing the Foundations package. The Cranes are officially up in Las Vegas! Liberty is excited to partner with Suffolk Construction on the construction of the Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas – marking our first project in the Las Vegas market. Liberty will provide tower cranes, hoists, and meet all general requirements, as well as any access needs required to help drive the successful delivery of this landmark project. Liberty was proud to contribute to the recently completed Joule House in Miami, a new mixed-use multifamily development in the city's Wynwood neighborhood. Liberty supported multiple critical elements of this development, including the project's tower crane, hoist, general requirements, materials and safety capentry. Liberty is proud to partner with Suffolk Construction on the groundbreaking of the Integrated Command & Communications Center (IC3) in Sweetwater, Florida, a critical facility that will serve as the center for Miami-Dade County’s disaster response efforts. To power this transformative project, Liberty installed and is operating two Terex 575 tower cranes, engineered to meet the scale and complexity of the build. The first crane, originally installed at 182 feet, will rise to a final height of 260 feet. The second, starting at 127 feet, will ultimately reach 204 feet. This project reflects the strength of our capabilities and our commitment to delivering for communities when it matters most. We’re honored to play a part in bringing this essential public safety facility to life. #Liberty #Miami

Liberty Specialty is proud to share photos of the concrete work we completed at Universal Epic Universe Park. The scope of work took place in Celestial Park, featuring numerous structures including bars, restrooms, exterior area work, the Meteor Restaurant, and, of course, the Main Entrance Tunnel to all of Epic Universe. This project navigated challenges with complex design, logistics and engineering, requiring increased coordination with all stakeholders. Thank you to our partners at HENSEL PHELPS for the opportunity to collaborate on the construction of a brand-new theme park - we look forward to a continued partnership.
