"The best new building in Boston." It's high praise, but we have to agree with that assessment of the 51-story South Station Tower. Suffolk Northeast had the honor of building this striking, complex mixed-use skyscraper, built over New England's busiest train station, and joining Hines, Pelli Clarke & Partners and our partners last week to celebrate its official grand opening. That milestone was decades in the making. We're excited to see how the building becomes part of Boston's downtown fabric in the decades to come. Special thanks to SVP, Operations Manager Geoff Witheford for leading the charge for Suffolk on this project. "I can't tell you how proud I am of our team," he said after the ribbon cutting. "To know that we overcame every challenge to deliver this tower and kept the station open to passengers throughout?
