    We reported earnings today, and our associates delivered another solid quarter. Our member value proposition is resonating, and we are restless to do more for our members every day. We are evolving, and our members are thanking us with their membership in ever higher numbers. Our enhanced omnichannel capabilities are working, including our improved app experience and the recently announced free pickup, eliminating basket minimums for all members. This spirit of innovation is only one reason we saw 22% eCommerce growth and triple-digit growth in delivery. In the club channel, it all starts with great items. Our skilled merchants continue to set the bar for incredible assortment. For the holidays, we encourage you to pick up some of the incredible gifts we have curated for our members, like Pokemon, viral toys from Lego Gameboy and the Disney Princess Parade, and of course, our luxury Mahjong set. I’m grateful for how the Sam's Club team continues to deliver, and we are all looking forward to a fun festive season.

    Our Q3 results reflect the strength of our team and the strength of our business.    We increased speed. About 35% of store-fulfilled deliveries this quarter were Fast Delivery (3 hours or less).    We improved experience. We’re investing with purpose to strengthen our operations and redefine how customers shop and how our associate work. Over the last quarter, we remodeled more than 270 stores and opened four new locations that are already delivering strong performance. AI is making the eCommerce experience more personalized, and it's only going to get better - anticipating customer needs, saving them time. And automation is driving unit productivity and lowering our cost to serve. Today, more than 60% of our stores receive inventory from automated distribution centers, and more than 50% of our eCommerce fulfillment center volume is automated.    We delivered value through strategic price actions. Over the quarter, we expanded our price gaps. And I’m proud of how our team partnered with our suppliers to offer our most affordable Thanksgiving meal basket yet, serving a table of 10 for less than $40 – without compromise.     But none of this would be possible without every one of our associates across the country. I want to thank you all for your dedication to our business, to our customers, and to one another.
