Another honor for #TeamIEHP's "Start the Conversation" mental health campaign! 🙌🏆 Last Thursday, our campaign featuring 2024 American Idol winner Abi Carter, in partnership with Meehan Business Advisers, earned a Capella Award from PRSA Inland Empire Chapter. The recognition came during Public Relations Society of America - Inland Empire's 60th annual Polaris Awards Gala at Crestmore Manor in Riverside, celebrating the best public relations efforts among organizations across the Inland Empire. We set out to start a conversation, and it fills our hearts to see so many people of all ages opening up about their mental health. They're supporting one another through difficult moments and creating spaces where it's okay to not be okay. Thank you to our partners at Meehan Business Advisers and to everyone supporting our mission of healing and inspiring the human spirit. 💙

We are thrilled to share that #TeamIEHP has been certified by J.D. Power for providing “an outstanding customer service experience” for phone support. Our member services team has been recognized for their commitment and dedication to ensuring our members get the care they need. J.D. Power's rigorous evaluation process, which took more than a year to complete, included direct feedback from our members in both English and Spanish, as well as assessments of customer satisfaction, organizational strategy, team culture and team member engagement. This certification demonstrates our mission to put members first. Our team of 508 professionals responds to around 146,900 calls a month, helping members navigate everything from eligibility questions to referrals and authorizations across Medi-Cal, Medicare and Covered California. "This was a reminder that excellence isn’t about innovation—it’s about consistency, intentionality, and staying grounded in what works," said IEHP Vice President of Member Experience Mike Grant. Thank you to our members, for trusting us with your care, and congratulations to our member services team for this meaningful achievement! 🌟 📖 Read more: https://lnkd.in/gxcnJQBb

🇺🇸 This Veterans Day, #TeamIEHP honors the veterans and active duty service members who've dedicated their lives to protecting ours. Your courage and sacrifice have given us the freedom to live, love and build the lives we cherish. Now, it's our turn to support you with care you can feel. If you know a veteran or service member, share this with them as a reminder to schedule their annual wellness visit. Because staying healthy means more moments with the people who matter most. More birthdays, more holidays, more everyday memories worth celebrating. 🎖️❤️

Walking Together Toward a World Without Alzheimer's 🚶♂️💜🚶♀️ Last Saturday, #TeamIEHP opened our Rancho Cucamonga headquarters to hundreds of community members for the Walk to End Alzheimer's, raising awareness and funds in support of the Alzheimer's Association®. Families and friends gathered in purple to share stories, participate in activities and honor loved ones touched by this disease. This year marked IEHP's second year as a host site for the walk, which raises critical funds to support care, research and the association's 24/7 helpline. Nearly seven million Americans are living with Alzheimer's, a brain disease that kills more people than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined. When communities unite, we build hope, advance research and stand beside families to let them know they're not alone. We walk for those who can no longer remember and for a tomorrow where no one has to forget. 💜🧠 📖 Learn more about Alzheimer's and brain health: alz.org

🌺💀 Celebrating life, honoring memories. #TeamIEHP came together at our Rancho Cucamonga headquarters to celebrate Dia de los Muertos, honoring the rich traditions and cultural heritage of our Hispanic and Latino community members. Our team gathered to paint colorful alebrijes, enjoy delicious food from local vendors and celebrate alongside the vibrant sounds of live mariachi. From raffles to meaningful conversations at our ERG dedication tables, it was a day filled with color, culture and connection. Events like these remind us why cultural celebration matters. It deepens our understanding, strengthens our connections and helps us serve our 1.5 million members with the respect and compassion every community deserves. 💙🧡

One Step at a Time, Trina Walks with Purpose. 💗🚶🏾♀️ After being diagnosed with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer, IEHP team member Trina faced the unimaginable: relearning how to walk. But every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, she laces up and walks through the halls of IEHP — sometimes three times a day — to rebuild her strength and reclaim her independence. One day during her walk, something unexpected happened. "Suddenly there they were," Trina said. "I had to hold back tears. I was so overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. I still am." Her #TeamIEHP colleagues had gathered to cheer her on, walking alongside her. What started as physical therapy became something greater . . . a reminder that she's never alone in this fight. "My walks help me physically, but they've helped me heal emotionally too," Trina shared. "They've restored something I thought I lost. My confidence." This is what healing and inspiring the human spirit looks like. This is why we show up for each other. This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, stories like Trina's remind us why early detection matters. Talk with your doctor. Regular screenings save lives. 💖🎗️ 📖 Learn more about breast cancer and other health screenings: https://lnkd.in/gav6Vefw

Last Saturday, #TeamIEHP walked for hope and healing. 🚶♂️💖🚶♀️ Team members walked alongside our community at the Out of the Darkness Walk at IEHP headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, joining in solidarity with those impacted by suicide and shining a light on mental health. This marked IEHP's fifth year as a host site for Out of the Darkness. Ahead of the walk, we hosted a suicide prevention panel on campus, bringing together suicide loss survivors and mental health experts to share their stories and encourage those who may be struggling to reach out for help. The event ended with attendees forming a circle and pledging together to support those in need. Events like this build community, reduce stigma and remind us that it's okay to not be okay and that help is always available. We believe in a future where no one suffers in silence, where conversations about mental health happen openly and where everyone knows they matter. IEHP Members can call 1-800-440-4347 or visit IEHP.org/youmatter to see the mental health services available to them. If you or someone you know is in crisis, free and confidential help is available 24/7. Call or text 988 for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Together, we'll continue showing up for our community because every life matters, and no one should walk alone. 💙💜
