The future of work won’t be transformed by technology alone, it will be transformed by people. ⭐ Earlier this week, we partnered with The Atlantic to co-host "Beyond Pilots: How Organizations Can Turn AI Into Real Results" — a summit dedicated to one question: how do we move beyond isolated AI experiments to achieve truly scalable enterprise impact? 🔹 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. AI doesn’t fail because the models aren’t powerful — it fails when organizations don’t address human concerns, change management, and cross-functional alignment. 🔹 𝗔𝗜 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁. Tools must fit real workflows, data ecosystems, permissions, and cross-functional processes — not just demos. 🔹 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀. Continuous learning, proper human handoff, and process redesign will define the next era. 🔹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 ≠ 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. Individual gains don’t matter unless they translate into better team coordination, less AI slop, and measurable organizational outcomes. 🔹 𝗢𝗿𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴. Flexible, cross-functional structures (HR + IT, distributed authority) will become essential as AI becomes embedded in every workflow. 🔹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. Employees who start to treat AI as a coworker, not just a tool, see meaningfully higher productivity. In order for that to happen, AI must deeply understand your—and your organization’s—work. Thank you to all the experts who joined us live on stage: Nicholas Thompson, The Atlantic Rebecca Hinds, PhD, Glean Chris Duffey, Adobe Stephen Wunker, New Markets Advisors Connie Noonan Hadley, Institute for Life at Work Ruchir Puri, IBM Research Conor Grennan, NYU Stern School of Business and AI Mindset Rohan Sharma, Zenolabs.AI John Borthwick, betaworks Dive into the full session linked in the comments 👇

AI agents are accelerating how enterprises work, but they also introduce new classes of risks that traditional security tools weren’t built to handle. At Glean, we’ve designed our platform so every agent action is governed, monitored, and protected in real time. Our integration with Palo Alto Networks' Prisma AIRS extends that commitment even further – adding intelligent runtime defense against prompt injection, data leakage and other emerging threats. By combining Glean’s secure-by-default agent platform with Prisma AIRS’ advanced protections, organizations can scale AI with confidence, knowing security is embedded at every layer. Proud to be part of Palo Alto Networks’ new wave of native AI agent integrations with partners across the industry. This is how we help enterprises adopt AI responsibly, without slowing innovation. This week at Web Summit, our founder and CEO, Arvind Jain, joined Sarah Franklin from Lattice, Jarek Kutylowski from DeepL, and Dan Milmo from The Guardian, to discuss how AI agents are evolving from tools to teammates — and the trends they're observing are reshaping organizations everywhere. Some takeaways on where AI agents are driving the most impact: ✨ AI agents are taking over high-volume, repetitive customer support tasks, freeing people to focus on complex issues. 🤝 They act as research partners for sales, pulling together customer context and prep materials instantly. 🛠️ In engineering, agents accelerate development by taking the first crack at issues and generating a significant portion of code. 📄 Legal and finance teams are using agents as policy-aware first-pass reviewers, helping surface issues before human review. 🌐 The biggest opportunity isn’t in one role — it’s in augmenting every employee with intelligent support behind the scenes. Arvind’s perspective: AI agents will touch every knowledge workflow — not to replace people, but to radically enhance what teams can accomplish. Thank you to the Web Summit team for the great event!

Built an AI agent that does one thing: drops a certified banger every morning. Meet DJ Glean 🎧 Every day, this agent: 1. Reads our team's music taste from Slack 2. Checks the vibe (day of week, current events, weather) 3. Searches the web for the perfect track 4. Delivers it with maximum energy and a fun fact Today it picked "Where You Are" by John Summit—the house track that made Obama's 2023 favorites list. #Glean #AI

Say hello to GPT-5.1 in Glean 🚀 We’re committed to helping enterprises try the latest AI models and put them to work with full enterprise context, which is why we’re excited to support GPT-5.1 starting today – right from day one. With early access from OpenAI, we put GPT-5.1 through its paces and saw strong gains in steerability, instruction following, and speed. GPT-5.1 on enterprise use cases used significantly fewer reasoning tokens on average: 916, compared to 2,018 for GPT-5. See the difference for yourself on your own enterprise agents – GPT-5.1 is live in Glean today. And check out our eval blog to learn more about GPT-5.1’s performance: https://lnkd.in/gAwsuX2R
