Today, we announced our results for the third quarter of 2025. The North American market remained resilient, with high steel demand, with the North American Operation recording its highest quarterly adjusted Ebitda in two years. Meanwhile, the Brazilian market continued to be impacted by the high penetration of imported steel. Gerdau is prepared to operate in different macroeconomic scenarios, thanks to its business model based on geographic asset diversification and production flexibility. #ShapeTheFuture #GerdauResults

To achieve the extraordinary, you need a framework forged for greatness. And that framework? It's made of Gerdau steel!!🛹😎 This is how the skater Sandro Dias, known as Mineirinho, was able to descend the world's largest skate ramp, installed on the façade of an iconic building in Porto Alegre (Rio Grande do Sul state), the Brazilian city where Gerdau began its journey 124 years ago. This signifies an extraordinary moment for the sport with world records conquered, all supported by 50 tons of our 100% recyclable steel. 🏆 Dropped 70 meters (230 feet) from the ground 🏆 Reached a speed of 103 km/h (64 mi/h) More than supporting a moment that redefines limits, we also demonstrate how steel can be versatile, resistant, and sustainable, capable of making the indescribable possible and infinitely recyclable to support new projects and applications. #ShapeTheFuture #Gerdau #RedBullBuildingDrop #GivesYouWiiings

The world's largest skateboard ramp is supported by Gerdau steel! Directly on the facade of an iconic building in Porto Alegre (Rio Grande do Sul state), the Brazilian city where Gerdau was born, the historic Red Bull Building Drop structure has a base made with 50 tons of 100% recyclable Gerdau steel. From this platform, skateboarder Sandro Dias, known as Mineirinho, descended and made history, setting two world records. 🛹 🔥 Gerdau is proud to have partnered with Red Bull on this initiative that combines innovation, sustainability, and adrenaline - and even more proud to reinforce that all of our steel can be recycled infinitely, shaping new stories in the future. #ShapeTheFuture #Gerdau #RedBullBuildingDrop #GivesYouWiiings
