A note from our Founder and CEO, Audrey McLoghlin on this extra special Women's Entrepreneurship Day: "From childhood dreams of owning my own business to founding Frank & Eileen, entrepreneurship has shaped my life. As the CEO behind a 100% woman-owned, woman-led brand, I know that when women lead, doors open. This Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, we’re celebrating opening the doors to our first-ever Flagship Store, an Irish Country House in New York City. Without you, none of this—our growth, our $20 million Giving Pledge toward empowering women entrepreneurs, and so much more—would be possible. This milestone moment belongs to all of us. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Cheers to the women entrepreneurs of today and tomorrow." Audrey

About us
Frank & Eileen was born in 2009 when former engineer Audrey McLoghlin sought to reinvent the button-up for women —a category previously focused solely on men. Inspired by Audrey’s Irish grandparents—our brand namesakes, Frank & Eileen—we have grown slowly and intentionally from our best-Italian-fabric-in-the-world-obsessed beginnings. Now a globally recognized fashion brand, Frank & Eileen is a certified woman-owned, women-led business that has retained 100% ownership while working with the same ethical, sustainable manufacturers for over a decade. Our mission is to model and support female entrepreneurship as a force for good—all from our family-friendly HQ in sunny California.

Last month, our Founder and CEO, Audrey McLoghlin had the privilege of speaking at MIT Sloan School of Management's iLead Speaker Series. iLead brings together students, faculty, and changemakers for candid conversations that go beyond business strategy to explore the “why” behind leadership. Moderated by Susan Brennan, their conversation touched on her journey from engineering to entrepreneurship, launching Frank & Eileen in 2009, and building a B Corp–certified, woman-owned, woman-led brand grounded in purpose. They also explored how data science, sustainability, and leadership intersect — including how our MIT Sloan MBAn Capstone Project helped us reimagine inventory optimization to reduce overproduction, proving how powerful collaboration between business and academia can be. A highlight of the day was meeting such inspiring MIT Sloan students, many of whom are on their own paths to shape the future of business and leadership. It’s deeply meaningful to see how the Frank & Eileen Female Leaders of Tomorrow Fellowship and our $20M Giving Pledge are helping support the next generation of women leaders at MIT. Thank you to The MIT Leadership Center, and the incredible students who joined the conversation. The energy in the room was electric.

Last week, we proudly celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Frank & Eileen™ Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College — the first academic center of its kind dedicated to advancing women entrepreneurs at a premier business school. Our founder, Audrey McLoghlin, had the honor of addressing the crowd, introduced by Annah Shaheen, (MBA ’26), a Frank & Eileen Leaders of Tomorrow Scholar supported through our Giving Pledge. Audrey spoke about her journey as an entrepreneur, her “why”, and the belief that entrepreneurship is the most powerful driver of change for women. She was also awarded the Legacy & Impact Award in recognition of her extraordinary vision, generosity and courage that have shaped the legacy of F&ECWEL— including our $10 million investment to support the next generation of women founders at Babson through education, access, and opportunity. Earlier that week, Babson College was named The Wall Street Journal’s No. 2 Best College in America — again. More than a ranking, it’s a reflection of Babson’s leadership not just in business — but in shaping bold, purpose-driven leaders around the world. The theme of the 25th anniversary was “The Future is in Her Hands,” and we’re honored to be building that future together alongside wonderful partners like Babson. See why Babson is ranked #2 College in America by The Wall Street Journal — learn more here: https://lnkd.in/gfKejTgP

Earlier this month, we had the joy of joining Marlborough School for their annual Hackathon—one of our favorite days of the year! Almost 30 students across Los Angeles in grades 7–12 came together to problem-solve and build businesses—ultimately pitching bold ideas developed in just a few hours to a panel of judges. From sustainable fashion to food waste innovation, these students proved that entrepreneurship is about more than profit—it’s about solving problems, building confidence, and creating a better future. Our founder, Audrey McLoghlin, shared her own entrepreneurial journey—reminding students that you don’t need the “perfect” idea or all the answers to start, you just need the courage to begin. The Hackathon kicks off Marlborough’s Frank & Eileen Accelerator Program for Leaders of Tomorrow, a meaningful program supported by part of our $20M Frank & Eileen Giving Pledge. Every Frank & Eileen purchase helps fund entrepreneurial education initiatives like this—fueling students’ ambitions with mentorship and hands-on learning that empower them to bring big ideas to life. Congratulations to every student who joined us—you were so inspiring. We can’t wait to see what you build next. Read more about our Giving Pledge here: https://lnkd.in/eJqhN37W.
