Cooking, Community, and Connection! 🍲✨ We’re thrilled to share the success of the Smart Bites program—a wonderful collaboration between Mohawk Valley Community College and the Center for Family Life & Recovery (CFLR)! Led by dietitian and nutrition expert Pat Salzer, this program brought people together to learn healthy cooking skills while building a sense of community. Held at CFLR’s Camden Center, participants enjoyed: ✅ Hands-on cooking with crockpots ✅ A tour of the Camden Farmers Market ✅ Tips for choosing fresh fruits and veggies ✅ Recipe sharing and basic cooking skills Each student left with a crockpot, a kitchen starter set, and the confidence to create healthy meals at home. We’re proud to support programs that make healthy living fun and accessible! 💚 #SmartBites #HealthyLiving #CommunityStrong #MVCC #CFLR
