It was inspiring to bring our community together at Ensemble’s Summit for Owners and Managers to Reimagine the Future. The feedback from our annual member Census continues to guide where we invest and how we evolve, from new tools like our Hotel Group Desk and social media platform to our renewed partnership with Make-A-Wish with a goal to grant 14 wishes and raise $150,000 matched dollar-for-dollar by our parent company to support children and families across the U.S. and Canada. Hearing how our members view Ensemble as supportive, forward-thinking, and community-centric was also incredibly validating. At Skift Global Forum, Ensemble executives Shahla Lalani SVP of Marketing, and Kristina Boyce, SVP of Member Services, attended sessions that offered valuable insights on the future of travel. One key theme was AI and the trust factor and while it may support initial research, travelers continue to turn to trusted advisors when it comes to planning, details, and execution. Another was the continued investment in air, particularly in premium cabins, along with rising demand for meaningful experiences.
