As part of our ongoing Associate Wellness Program, we recently hosted an engaging session led by our in-house Organizational Psychologist, Sarosh M., titled “The Hidden Cost of Constant Connectivity.” The session shed light on the mental drain of being perpetually online, offering thoughtful strategies for setting digital boundaries and fostering mindful tech habits. 💬 Together, we explored key ideas like: - Connectivity doesn’t always equal productivity. - Focus is a limited resource. - Mental wellbeing fuels creativity. Our associates absolutely loved the session as it resonated deeply and sparked open, honest conversations about how we can all nurture healthier relationships with technology. This was a timely reminder that emotional wellness isn’t a luxury. It’s essential to meaningful work, creativity, and balance.
