Compass, Inc. (Compass) is a Small Business headquartered in Winchester, VA as a Defense and Intelligence solutions provider to the United States Government. We provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA), Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS), and Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) to our government and business partner customers. As a premier Defense and Intelligence solution provider, we employee a diverse, agile, highly trained and extremely talented staff. 🎓 Exciting News! After three years of late nights, endless reading, and a steady diet of caffeine (consisting of Diet Coke and Monsters since everyone knows I HATE coffee!!) and determination, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially completed my Master's in the Study of Law (M.S.L.) – Government Contracting & Procurement through the University of Dayton School of Law! This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of my family, friends, and coworkers—thank you all for cheering me on over the last three years! Now that I’ve graduated, I’m faced with a strange new challenge: free time. Naturally, I started tackling my long-neglected to-do list in order of importance… beginning with catching up on TV and movies, of course. 🤓📺 If anyone has recommendations for great reads in the world of government contracting (or just a really good book), send them my way!
